Dhosi Hill and Madhogarh Fort in the district are expected to become tourist destinations. The state government is working on this plan in a planned manner. Both historic places have immense potential for tourism, said Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar after visiting these places here today.
âA road will be built for pilgrims to Dhosi Hill so that tourists can get there easily. A car park will be provided at the bottom of the hill while a plan is being developed to establish a PPP model cable car from the village of Kultajpur. The possibility of paragliding will also be explored here to promote aerodynamic sports, âhe added.
Speaking of Madhogarh Fort, Khattar said the Rani Talab at the fort has been rebuilt and work on Rani Mahal has also reached its final stage. A total of Rs 9 crore will be spent on this work, he said.
âIf these two places are developed for the purpose of promoting tourism here, it will increase employment opportunities in this field. In times to come, people from other states will come here for trekking. The state government plans to increase employment in the tourism sector, âadded the CM.
Regarding the IMT project in Khudana village, he said that a meeting would be held soon to hand over the panchayat lands to HSIIDC. The cooperation of the villagers was also necessary in this regard. The state government wants industries to be created here in order to provide jobs for people in this region, he added.
Khattar said that by developing canals, the state government has done the job of providing water to the tail of southern Haryana. The water level has also increased significantly in many villages in Rajasthan bordering Haryana, he said.
